Care Before Your Appointment

  • Please remove all eye makeup before arrival
  • No contact lenses – please wear glasses to your appointment if required.
  • Please allow sufficient time for your appointment
  • Do not sleep on lashes/face 2 days before appointment for better results.
  • Please be prepared to comfortably lie down with your eyes closed for the duration of your appointment.
  • Earphones for your own music are welcome
  • Must give 24 hrs notice for cancellation or reschedule

After Care

  1. Do NOT allow lashes to get wet or use a sauna for 24 hours.
  2. Do NOT perm or tint lashes before or after lash extension application.
  3. Do NOT us an eyelash curler or regular mascara. We will recommend suitable products.
  4. Do NOT rub your eyes or lashes when washing your face. Clean around the eyes with a soft towel.
  5. Always PAT DRY your eyelash extensions with a tissue after a face wash and shower.
  6. CLEAN your lashes daily with our maintenance products to assist with eye hygiene to avoid infection.
  7. Apply only OIL-FREE gentle cleanser/eye makeup remover in a circular motion.
  8. Do NOT pull, rub, cut or try to remove your lash extensions. Should be removed professionally.
  9. Do NOT sleep face down; more lash loss will occur on the side on which you sleep.
  10. If you experience any sensitivity or discomfort please CONTACT our salon.
  11. Remember to come back to Milka Lashes every 2-3 weeks for maintenance.
